Level Design Study
This collection of two projects was created to study and practice level layouts and level design using Photoshop and whiteboxing using the Unreal Engine.

As a Level Designer for these student projects, my responsibility was to design the levels using the existing well-known mechanics of the games as part of my learning process. (I did not design the games themselves but focused on creating engaging, functional levels for each.)
Hoc-Tagon - Unreal Tournament
For the Unreal Tournament level, I utilized the Unreal Engine Editor to whitebox and set-dress the level, using Unreal Tournament assets and materials to bring the environment to life and enhance the gameplay experience.
Fallen City - The Last Of Us 2
For the "Fallen City" level, I used the Unreal Engine Editor to whitebox the level following a LDD created beforehead using an existing template with Google Docs, inspired by the game "The Last Of Us 2".
Crystal Temple - Ori And The Blind Forest
For the Crystal Temple level, I used Photoshop to create the level layout.
These experience allowed me to deepen my understanding of level design and how to apply it within different tools and established game systems.
